General Terms & Conditions
- Last date of bookings will be 1 month prior to the date of departure.
- Payment of your bookings should be completed within 5 calender days. Or your bookings will be cancelled automatically without your consent.
- Faiz Kuwait should be emailed all names & documents 1 month prior to departure. Incase of incomplete documents bookings will be considered cancelled.
- Re-sheduling of your tour is subject to charges.
- Expenses of tickets from your country to Kuwait will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
- Passengers should carry a return ticket.
- Organizing a group for Karbala is subject to accomodation availibility in Karbala Moalla & Najaf-Ashraf. Also any change in Kuwait Law, all mumineen will be informed.
- Cancellation charges will apply and details will be sent by email.
- Safai Chitti will be required in Karbala Faiz. Thus, be sure to carry a valid safai chitti along in hand.
- Lawazim will be paid in cash by the passenger upon arrival in Kuwait.

Instructions To Mumineen eligible for On Arrival Visa in Kuwait
- Kuwait Visa charges on airport are not included in the above package. The charges will be 3 KD or 10 $ for each passport for each Visa Obtained.
- If the Kuwait Government for any reason rejects the On-Arrival visa for any particular traveler, then the entire responsibility will be of the passenger itself.
- Your accomodation will be arranged in a 3-star hotel including breakfast.
- Lunch/Dinner and sightseeing expenses in Kuwait to be paid by Zaereen, details of various restaurants and visiting locations will be provided by Faiz Kuwait.
- Lunch & Dinner will only be arranged when your group consist of 15 passsengers of more.

- Kuwait Visa is included in your package.

- Your accomodation will be arranged in a 5-star hotel including breakfast, lunch & dinner and also sightseeing.
- This offer is only for groups of 25 mumineen. Mumineen will have arrange for a group in their country by themselves.
