KARBALA/NAJAF RULES & REGULATIONS
1.	All travel dates are tentative and are subject to change if required.
2.	Bookings are subject to availability of flights as well as availability of seats.
3.	Air tickets are non-transferable, non-endorsable and also not re-routable. In case of cancellation, tickets will be cancelled and the amount refunded if permitted by the airlines. Cancellation charges may apply.
4.	Passport validity should be atleast 6 months & Iqama validity atleast 3 months from the date of departure.
5.	Zaereen should complete their payment(s) in full. If failure to do so before 15 days of departure, FH will not be responsible for their cancellation.
6.	Means of transport may change prior to departure.
7.	FH will not be responsible if any delay occurred by the airlines. Also in such cases if Zaereen have to stay extra day(s), they will have to bear the extra lawazim charges.
8.	Zaereen must check their status of TRAVEL BAN from Kuwait. FH will not be responsible for any problems relating to this matter.
9.	FH will do its best to accommodate Zaereen but will not be held responsible. Karbala & Najaf management are responsible for the accommodation. Zaereen will have to accept the accommodation assigned to them.
10.	Zaereen will have to provide their Safai Chitti on request by the Karbala/Najaf management. FH will not be responsible for any interruption of their procedures of ziyarat, transport or accommodation if any mumin fails to provide his Safai Chitti.
11.	During arrival to Kuwait, FH bus will not wait for any passenger who will have any Iqama or other legal matter on Kuwait border and are delayed.
