| Rules & Regulations | |
| 1- | All travel dates will be confirmed in the month of Shawaal 1431H. |
| 2- | Bookings are subject to availability of flights as well as availability of seats. |
| 3- | Haj fare is subject to Saudi Goverment Tax and airlines ticket rate and will be finalised accordingly. |
| 4- | Haj fares are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and also not re-routable. |
| 5- | Hujjaj must check their status of tavel ban from Kuwait. FHK will not be responsible for any problems relating to this matter. |
| 6- | FHK will not be responsible for delay or cancellation of visas or any kind of technical problems relating to visas. |
| 7- | FHK will do its best to get tickets as per the choice of travel date. Incase of of unavailability of airline bookings on exact date, the nearest available date will be selected. |
| 8- | Hujjaj should ensure that there are atleast 4 blank pages in the passport for Haj. |
| 9- | Absolute control of the issuance of Haj Visas is with the Saudi Embassy. Any delay, rejection or mistakes in Visas, misplaced documents by Saudi Embassy or unavailability of passport on time is not he responsibility of FHK. However, FHK will try its best to arrange Haj Visas on time. |
| 10- | As per Saudi Embassy rules, Validity of Residence permit (Iqama) should till 15th Jan 2011 and validity of passport should be 1st June 2011. |

Selection of accomodation catagories are subject to availability. Lawazemaat to be paid at Mecca (excluding Madina Lawazemaat and Zabihat) are approximately as follows : Category A - 7500/- Saudi Riyaal Approx (if available near Haram Shareef) Category B - 5500/- Saudi Riyaal Approx (at Aziziyah about 4-5 km from Haram Shareef. Bus facility available) |
